Charlotte Mararv is a social entrepreneur and founder of Ndara Ti Beafrika, a Central African artisan collective that merges traditional craft with contemporary design. Her work sits at the intersection of ethical fashion, cultural heritage, and sustainable business development with focus on lasting community impact.

Born and raised in the Central African Republic, Mararv has founded several successful businesses in the country, all with a focus on socially sustainable business practices. She has also worked extensively across the African continent mainly in the wildlife conservation sector, with a focus on management, government and stakeholder relations and the design of operational compliance systems across the sector as well as mechanisms for knowledge sharing and mentoring between organisations. She has spent the last decade developing systems that support women’s economic independence through skill-building, circular production models, and inclusive business practices.
