Kai-Riin Kriisa

Kai-Riin Kriisa is an experienced sustainability leader with a multidisciplinary background in ESG strategy, behavioural science, and policy advisory. She is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer at Foxway, where she leads the company’s global sustainability agenda, aligning strategic goals with evolving EU regulations such as CSRD, ESRS, and SFDR. Her work spans internal capacity-building and external stakeholder engagement, including keynote speaking at industry events.

Prior to Foxway, Kai-Riin was a Partner and ESG expert at Sustinere, where she launched the environmental impact advisory branch and led projects across sectors including finance, transport, energy, and manufacturing. Her earlier roles include Head of Consulting at Kantar Emor, Advisory Consultant at EY Baltic, and Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament.

Kai-Riin holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a specialization in Business Sustainability from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Psychological Research from Oxford University, and a BA in Psychology (cum laude) from the University of Tartu. She brings a strong mix of analytical depth, strategic thinking, and communication skills to drive impactful sustainability transformation.
